1. The Department of Human Resources(DHR),
MoLHR will coordinate the Selection Interview.
2. All eligible candidates should apply to Department of Human
Resources(DHR) , using the prescribed registration form. The
registration form can be downloaded from http://www.dhr.gov.bt/forms.htm
or can be collected from DHR or the Vocational Training Institutes.
3. The registration will start from 12th March 2006 and will
be done at ONE STOP CENTRE of the MoLHR
4. The last date of registration is 12th April 2006.
5. All the valid documents in duplicate copy ( as mentioned
in the Reg. form) should be attached with the duly filled
registration form the time of registration
6. Class XI and above candidates applying for this programme
should submit class X documents.
7. Applicants will be ranked in the order of merit and shortlisted.
Ranking list will be based on the total aggregate percentage
of all six subjects (Dzongkha Subject is compulsory). The
list of shortlisted candidates will be announced on 18th April
2006 through the media.
8 . The selection committee comprising of DHR, RCSC, DoS,
Dept of Employment and the representatives from the concerned
Institutes will conduct the selection interview. Date and
venue of selection interview will be announced while announcing
the shortlisted candidates.
